Once enrolled in your EDHEC programme, our International Relations Office will help you with housing and answer any questions you may have. This friendly service will advise you on prices, options and other formalities and make the often worrying task of finding accommodation as easy as possible.
In Nice, EDHEC students can apply for a studio flat in the Van Gogh Hall of Residence. The residence is just 5 minutes away from the campus. It has 100 studio flats and is located at 11, rue Auguste Pégurier. The self-contained rooms are all furnished and include a kitchenette, a shower, a telephone line and TV connection points. The rooms are let on a one-year lease basis, but it is possible to organise time-sharing arrangements between two students at two different periods of the year.
You may be entitled to APL (housing benefit). Students are responsible for paying the taxe d'habitation (residence tax).
