The TI&CD, Talent Identification & Career Development Programme is a simulation of a real-life assessment centre that helps students define and achieve their career goals. Unique in Europe, the TI&CD programme evaluates and assesses students' strengths and areas of improvement on 10 managerial competencies defined by international recruiters.
The TI&CD is a 5-step process:
Individual evaluation of gap year internship / previous experience
Competency development workshops
The TI&CD equips students with the skills to find their first job and ensures they are ready to hit the ground running once employed. It is a genuine career-booster that enables young graduates to move up the ladder quickly in terms of their post and responsibilities.
To ensure that students benefit from cutting-edge expertise and advice in their area of interest, the Career Centre collaborates with a group of 20 international consultants, each specialising in a specific field.
Year 1: students (MIM) will be assisted by the Career Centre in setting up their career plan and mastering international recruitment tools. Year 2: your potential will be assessed during the TI&CD programme (Talent Identification & Career Development).
